Tailored to the particuar challenges of leaders running smaller companies, the TEC Small Business Program sharpens its members’ focus on strategy and growth. Also known as the TEC Round Table Program (TRT). The TEC Small Business peer group program has four elements:
- Ten annual full-day problem-solving meetings with up to 16 chief executives, presidents and business owners professionally faciltated by a TEC Group Chair.
- Ten one hour personal one-to-one sessions with a seasoned business advisor (the TEC Group Chair).
- Five interactive workshops per year with a TEC expert resource speaker.
- Access to the TEC members only online best practices library (audio, videos and articles) and to a global network of more than 15,000 business leaders.
