The TEC Key Executive Program offers a professional development experience for senior executives and other direct reports of the chief executive — helping them perform better in their current roles, building their skills for the next level, and achieving greater alignment with their chief executives. The TEC KEY Executive peer group program has four elements:
- Monthly, full-day problem-solving meetings with up to 16 chief executives, presidents, business owners, or bottom line decision makers professionally faciltated by a TEC Group Chair.
- An optional monthly, one hour personal one-to-one sessions with a seasoned business advisor (the TEC Group Chair).
- Up to eight interactive workshops per year with a TEC expert resource speaker.
- Access to the TEC members only online best practices library (audio, videos and articles) and to a globla network of more than 15,000 business leaders.
