Designed for chief executives and presidents running larger businesses, the TEC Chief Executive Program enables members to gain fresh perspectives and find new solutions to outperform their expectations. The TEC CEO peer group program has four elements:
- Monthly, full-day problem-solving meetings with up to 16 chief executives, presidents, business owners, or bottom line decision makers professionally faciltated by a TEC Group Chair.
- Monthly, two hour personal one-to-one sessions with a seasoned business advisor (the TEC Group Chair).
- Up to eight interactive workshops per year with a TEC expert resource speaker.
- Access to the TEC members only online best practices library (audio, videos and articles) and to a globla network of more than 15,000 business leaders.
